• Avoid logging in through unknown devices.
• Report phishing attempts immediately to support@intellectsoftwares.com.

We are NOT liable for losses arising from:

• User negligence
• Device compromise
• Sharing of credentials
• Responding to fraudulent emails/messages

7. LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING (DPDP ACT – INDIA)
